Good location close to shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.

Poor cleanliness, smoky rooms, and noisy male staff who have no regard for guests. The manager was rude and unprofessional, without any apology for mistakes and charged me for an extra bottle.

The hotel's location near the city's bus station makes it an ideal choice for budget travellers. the breakfast provided at the hotel is delicious, and the staff offer helpful service. the rooms are relatively clean and quiet, providing a good night's rest.

Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as the bathroom facilities that produce a smell, and the hot water limitations throughout the day.

The complimentary welcome drink and snacks were nice. the location is convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. Plus, the room had a good view of the city.

the power supply kept getting disrupted for some maintenance work.

The supervisor, Praveen, was helpful and attentive. The room attendees were accommodating. The young receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet street in a busy area. Location is excellent, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff were nice and offered a tasty breakfast.

Nothing could have been better.
